On 30 August 2025, Cologne will shine for the 20th time in a spectacular fireworks display: the Kölner Lichter combine tradition and modernity with a convivial joie de vivre.

This event has been enchanting people on both sides of the Rhine since 2001. The Tanzbrunnen, known for its cultural events, forms the centrepiece of the event, including a music-synchronised firework display at 22:30.
