Borken Christmas market

Traditionally, the Borken Christmas market will once again take place on the first weekend of Advent on Borken's market square.
Around 30 traders and organisations from the region proudly present their products here. In addition to festively decorated stalls, you can also look forward to regional specialities, sweet treats and, of course, a mulled wine or two.
In addition, the offer ranges from jewellery and decorations to wooden handicrafts, knitted items and much more!
On the stage, there will be a varied entertainment programme by mostly Borken artists, choirs and dance groups. Whether with wind instruments or as a choir, the various performances create a harmonious atmosphere and get visitors in the mood for the Advent season.
On the open Advent Sunday, it is also worth making a detour to both the city centre and the Gewerbegebiet Ost. From 1 - 6 p.m., the retailers here open their doors and look forward to welcoming numerous visitors - the perfect opportunity to explore the Christmas market and at the same time get ahead of the Christmas shopping rush.
