Stroll through the lovingly designed enclosures and meet majestic elephants, graceful giraffes and imposing lions. The extensive grounds offer you and your family numerous opportunities to observe the animals in natural surroundings and learn exciting facts about their way of life.

A special highlight are the daily animal feedings and presentations, where you can experience the animals up close and gain interesting insights into their care and husbandry. Whether it's a penguin feeding, sea lion show or elephant bathing - there's always something new to discover here.

For little adventurers, Cologne Zoo also offers a large playground and numerous interactive learning stations. Children can playfully explore the world of animals and have lots of fun in the process.

The rainforest house is particularly popular, where you can embark on an exciting journey through the tropical rainforest. Here you can experience exotic plants and animals in a fascinating environment that will amaze you.
