You can look over the shoulders of traditional craftsmen such as weavers, ropemakers and saddlers and work up a sweat in the blacksmith's workshop. In the small-scale fields, you will experience the agriculture of the past, which offers an exciting contrast to the cultural landscape of the Bergisches Land today.
• In a newly opened building group, you can take a seat in the parlour of a forester's family and learn interesting facts about the current topic of "Climate - Forest - Wood".
• In the Lingenbacher Hof museum restaurant, you can enjoy traditional and regional dishes in a cosy atmosphere.
• Excursion tip: You'll only find this in the Bergisches Land. Enjoy a Bergisch coffee table in the Zinnober coffee house near the Agger with everything that goes with it: white bread and pumpernickel, jam and honey, apple compote and red fruit jelly, sausage and meat - and of course coffee.
