With the "MUSIC! Feel the Beat" exhibition, the LVR-LandesMuseum Bonn proves that music moves and connects people. Twelve exhibition pavilions with hands-on musical stations allow visitors to experience what it means to be part of a large orchestral ensemble.

What connects medieval dances with modern-day hip-hop? The show also explores this question with historical exhibits and audio examples. Using a gramophone, radio and MP3 player, visitors can see how rapidly music technology has developed in recent decades.

Instruments from different times and cultures provide access to new listening experiences. The Celtic war trumpet is just one of many extraordinary sound generators that young and old can examine more closely.
