Incredible machines, fantastic studies, memorable drawings and paintings: this is the work of Leonardo da Vinci, who was also called "uomo universale" (universal man) in Italy. The Visiodrom in the Gaskessel Wuppertal is dedicating an exhibition to this genius and presenting an immersive multi-media experience for the whole family.
29 high-performance laser projectors project da Vinci's most important inventions and works onto the screen in a 360-degree show, including, of course, the Mona Lisa and The Last Supper. Models and sketches illustrate how the master went about his work away from the projection room. Guests can go on digital tours and even discover some of the machines in action via augmented reality on the Skywalk of the Wuppertal gas boiler.
