Kattenven Christmas market

On the second weekend of Advent, various Christmas stalls and activities invite you to linger in the Buchentorstraße car park and in the church.
With mulled wine, apple punch, chips, bratwurst and more, there will be plenty of culinary delights to suit every taste. We would like to take this opportunity to thank the various organisations from Kattenvenne who are taking part in the Christmas market in large numbers.
Various hobby artists from Kattenvenne and the surrounding area will also be presenting themselves and their products. From Christmas decorations, handmade hats, scarves and socks to nativity scenes and home-sewn bags - everyone should be able to find suitable gifts here.
Of course, children and young people will not miss out at the Christmas market either, as Father Christmas has already announced his visit on Friday evening at around 6 pm. A Christmas puzzle with various prizes will provide entertainment for the younger generation on Saturday afternoon.
Saturday is all about Advent in the Kattenven church. Drinking coffee together, a concert with organ and bassoon with other artistic influences, as well as a family church service afterwards, ensure a varied programme.
The concert in the church is not the end of the musical programme, as the trombone choir will also accompany the Christmas market on Saturday evening with Christmas sounds.
