• There are two designated parking spaces for people with disabilities.  
• All rooms and facilities that can be used and raised for the guest are accessible without steps. 
• Exterior walkways are at least 200 cm wide.
• Doors are at least 80 cm wide. 
• Passages in rooms are at least 90 cm wide.
• Elevator cabs are at least 110 cm x 140.
• Elevator doors are at least 80 cm wide.
• Entrance/access to the building is step-free (max. 2 cm threshold, if necessary via a ramp). 
• The counter is 80 cm high at the lowest point. 
• There is another, equivalent communication possibility in a seated position.
• There are seven accessible tables (maximum height 80 cm, accessible at a height of 67 cm with a depth of 30 cm). 
• The following aids are offered: Wheelchair, audio guides.
• The exhibits are mainly visible, perceptible and recognizable while sitting. 

Public WC

• The movement areas are at least:
• in front of the sink 173 cm x 170 cm;
• in front of the WC 173 cm x 170 cm;
• to the left of the WC 90 cm x 200 cm;
• to the right of the WC 90 cm x 90 cm.
• There are folding grab bars to the left and right of the WC.
• The washbasin is accessible at a height of 67 cm and a depth of at least 30 cm.
• The mirror is visible in sitting and standing position.
• There is a cord as an alarm trigger.

• An outgoing emergency call in the elevator is confirmed acoustically, e.g. by an intercom system.
• There are seven desks with bright and glare-free lighting.
• There is no inductive hearing system at the reception/counter.
